Refund Policy

Qualifying returns are available for new defective and non-defective merchandise, including eligible changes of mind or incorrect selections, and exchanges are accepted. Contact us within 30 days following delivery. A non-defective return must remain new and unused.

Begin the review

Write to ogarunoq15@gmail.com with the order reference, purchase email and reason. Attach useful photographs or video for faults, damage, wrong items or missing contents. Obtain approval, the correct destination and mailing directions first.

Mailing label and fee

The package includes a free prepaid label for an eligible return. Ask for assistance if it was not received. There is no restocking charge. Exchanges remain subject to approval and stock.

Refund processing

Within 10 days after approval, we process and initiate the refund back to the original payment method. Posting time is controlled by the bank or provider. Non-waivable legal protections are unaffected.
