What timing should I expect?

After payment authorization, allow 1–2 business days for preparation and then an estimated 4–6 business days for carrier transit from dispatch.

Are both defective and non-defective returns allowed?

Yes, when eligible and requested within 30 days after delivery. New non-defective goods must remain unused. Exchange requests are also accepted.

Is return postage or restocking charged?

A qualifying return uses the free prepaid label included with the shipment, after approval and confirmed directions. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 days.
